Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your Agnez Eyewear online purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product choice, we can offer you an exchange for a product of the same value. We are happy to offer you an exchange if you return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it.

If you made your purchase during our sale we will:

  • Offer you an exchange for the product of the same value if the sale is still on;
  • Offer you an exchange even if the sale has ended but you must pay any difference in price before we send you your new choice. At the moment we can only send you an invoice for an additional payment through Pay Pal.

If you are sending a product for an exchange, you have to pay for its shipment. We are not responsible for loss during shipment, if you use a non-traceable standard delivery.

When returning the product to us please fill in a Return Form included with your order (or you can download it here).

Before returning the product to us we advise you to contact us on to check the availability of other frames. We will then reserve it for you.

As soon as we receive the product back from you, we undertake to send you your alternative choice.

Maximum of 2 exchanges are allowed.

If after 2 exchanges you are still not satisfied, you can ask for a refund.
